1) ) INNER-DIMENSIONAL HEALING: by Jackie Haverty  

Here you will find an integrated approach to healing that encompasses the whole body, mind and spirit which is sometimes referred to as multi-dimensional healing. Initially, I was trained in several modalities as a Transpersonal and Clinical Hypnotherapsit, Counsellor, and many different Energy Healing Techniques over the past 15 years. I now integrate these techniques and follow my inner guidance during a healing session that fits perfectly with the client’s intent.    

During a healing session you may experience a number of gentle techniques that guide you into a peaceful place safely inside yourself. Universal energy is then directed to you and through you, filling you with unconditional love.
The vibrational frequencies of sound (music/tuning forks), and words are also used for an optimum effect and to enhance healing.
You are also a player in your own healing and are guided to access your own inner guidance as a powerful source of self healing.  Please contact Jackie for further information.

2) CUSTOM MADE GUIDED MEDITATION CDS  by Jackie Haverty

When I make a CD, I use the information provided to me by the client around their particular problem or issue and then use my intuitive guidance to "see" or "visualize" the  most productive pathway for healing to occur.  In addition, the words are chosen specifically for the client to provide a powerful impact on the subconscious level of body, mind and spirit. So, both intuition and personal information are used for the client's personal healing journey. Nothing is kept by me and all information is kept in strict confidentiality until the CD is produced. All information is then destroyed.   

 I take your particular problem or issue, write up a personal script and then go into an altered state of consciousness while recording. Coming from the highest intent for you provides a synergistic effect in words and music for your personal healing journey.  

All guided meditation CDs are 45 to 60 minutes in length and contain both words and music. You are given everything required for healing, however, healing for any issue is the ultimate choice of the client....you are given the tools but it's up to you to choose your journey.

If you are new to guided meditation, do not overdo it. Use your own discretion on how often you listen to your meditation, as it is easy to overuse them. Use your own common sense when using the guided meditations, if you find yourself having any unwanted side effects, please stop. It is useful to have a friend, guide or mentor to check things out with.
