Sanaya Messages – Suzanne Giesemann
From Your Lips:
Your tongue can seem like an enemy. At times, words slip out that you do not mean to say. They can be biting or hurtful to another, and you instantly feel regret. Yes, of course it is helpful to pause before you speak. We ask you today to go back a step farther and examine the underlying cause of the words you are no longer going to speak. From where comes your pain? Yes, your pain. If you were about to speak hurtful words toward another, then it is not necessarily “their fault.” Hurt people hurt people, so why do you hurt? Pain comes from identifying with the human side of you, but you are both human and spirit. See yourself and others in a holy new light by identifying with the soul and seeing spirit in all that is. Shift identification regularly, and soon you will no longer need to pause before you speak. You will be the presence of love and see the presence of love, and only love will spill from your lips.
Jealousy will get you nowhere. It is a clear indicator that you have forgotten all is Spirit. Does one leaf on a tree envy another? All are of the same Source with the same roots. Why do you envy another? Why is there a sense of competition? For you are thinking of yourself in ego’s terms, where separation and competition rule. See yourself as one cell in the body of God, where each provides unique services and all are valued and necessary to the whole. Be grateful for others and their gifts. In reality, there is no other, just Spirit manifesting in limitless ways and laughing at how some of those manifestations seem to be taking on a life of their own when there is only Love.
You borrow books from a library for your temporary enjoyment and learning. And when you have finished with the book, you return it. You no longer need the book, for it merely conveyed the information held within. Welcome to the library you call Earth. You borrow the physical elements that form a body, and you carry them around for a while whilst absorbing the information and experiences that having that body affords you. When you have gleaned all you can from that body, your soul returns it to the earth and moves on to choose another form.
Your body is on loan to your soul. It is not who you are. Who you are continues growing and learning with or without a body. Enjoy your current book or chapter or whatever you wish to call this incarnation, but it is not the only book you will ever read. You are here to soak up experiences. The body is but a loaner.
When you say that a meeting with a medium is healing, what has taken place? You have experienced a shift in your belief system. Prior to your meeting, you experienced fear that your loved one was gone forever. You had perhaps sensed a presence, but your thoughts of merely having a fanciful imagination kept you from believing what the heart already knew: you cannot kill the spirit, for Spirit is all that is.
Could it be that experiencing the knowing that a loved one lives on is as simple as changing your thoughts? Yes, indeed. Belief is the key. It unlocks the door to far greater experiences than you can currently imagine. Does this mean you believe fanciful messages? Not necessarily. Ask for evidence if you need it, and you shall receive it, but you must be willing to believe when the evidence is presented if you wish to open the door wide.
